So I ordered a Hat and it was perfect. I also thought I ordered an XL t-shirt, but when the order confirmation came though it showed a Small T-shirt. I tried contacting them by replying to the email requesting a change before order was shipped. Got no reply to email and later got notice that there was an email error on their end and email didn't go through. Tried to contact them again by email and got the same error. Two days later the perfect Hat and incorrect size t-shirt shipped. It was unfortunate because once the t-shirt was received it was very nice looking, just way too small. I also tried to contact them through their online store chat and recurred no response.

So great items, but poor / nonexistent customer service of there are issues.
